Sarah trained at Nottingham University in 2012 and then practised as a community nurse until moving to Spain in 2014.

She has over 20 years of experience in the NHS mostly working within the district nurse sector and in Spain 8 years of mostly volunteering for a palliative care charity.

Sarah is currently working within nursing agencies and as a self-employed nurse in the community.

The two Sarah’s met in 2020 during a Chiropractic session.

After many conversations, she expressed an interest in joining the Costa Health team as a Nurse and also becoming a Laser Hair Technician.

Sarah is now a qualified laser hair technician and loves the new challenge and the joy it brings to people. Laser hair removal is often thought of as a luxury, however, for those who suffer from excessive hair growth, laser hair removal can be life-changing.
